Abstract

ÖZ: Çalısmada Türk Đs Hukuku’nda esneklik kavramının incelenmesi esas alınmıstır. Bu bağlamda esnekliğin doğmasına yol açan nedenler, is mevzuatında esnekliğin yeri ve önemi incelenmistir. Esneklik temeline bağlı düzenlemeler, çalısma süreleri yönünden esnek çalısma ve istihdam sekilleri bakımından esnek çalısma modelleri olmak üzere iki ana baslık altında değerlendirilmistir.
