The Czech legislator has delayed changing the regulation of remote working. Despite past Czech regulations and comparative knowledge, the regulation of remote working has not been prepared at least yet. This approach does not correspond to the change in the labour world, nor to the ongoing threat of a pandemic. This article provides an initial analysis of Polish and Italian remote working regulation with the aim of exploiting the common features of the two compared regulations in the Czech legal environment.
