The invention is a mobile device for non-destructive fluorescence resolution, imaging and quantification of microorganisms, in particular fungi, bacteria, algae, cyanobacteria, mosses and lichens, on a material surface comprising an excitation radiation source for excitation of the detected material surface equipped with memory module for storing images from the camera, based on the fact that it contains an excitation optical chamber with an aperture for positioning on the detected surface of the material in which the array of excitation radiation sources is enclosed, a camera, an array of optical emission filters movable individually into the camera's field of view and transmitting wavelengths corresponding to the fluorescence signals called by excitation radiation sources and characteristic of individual groups of organisms and an emission filter controller for shifting the optical emission filters into the field of view of the camera.
