The main message hidden in the work of Hieronymus Bosch is that God may not have created the world as is presented by the church, but that He created a primordial soup and gave the nature the power to evolve itself. We took this message and transformed it into a scientific theory\nwhich states that there existed a carbon cycle in nature which may significantly govern the creation of biomolecules under early terrestrial planets and exoplanets conditions, even on the early Earth. This cycle proposes a photocatalytic reduction of CO2 to CH4, its subsequent reprocessing by high energy chemistry, the creation of biomolecules and last, their destruction back to CO2. This cycle may have stood at the rise of life on our planet and contains the latest scientific results. The idea of a set of initial conditions and spontaneous evolution of the living, however, is more than 400 years old.
