The invention relates to a set of nanoparticles with different sizes, shapes and/or elemental composition that can be used for simultaneous highly sensitive immunolabeling of three or more antigens in biological structures. The invention enables detailed analysis of the labelled antigens distribution and interactions within biological structures by means of electron microscopy. The invention includes synthesis of the nanoparticles, their conjugation to biological targeting molecules, and the way of their use in multiple immunolabeling.
