Nuevo Biosensor para Lactato

Abstract

La nanotecnología se presenta como una herramienta prometedora para obtener biosensores y/o genosensores comerciales. Por otro lado, con la utilización de electrodos serigrafiados se pueden conseguir dispositivos miniaturizados y desechables que permiten hacer un diagnóstico más rápido y fiable, reflejando lo que está ocurriendo en el cuerpo humano en tiempo real. Objetivos: Preparación de un biosensor de lactato mediante el empleo de un mediador redox (Fe(CN)e*"*) y del enzima lactato oxidasa, la cual ha sido inmovilizada sobre electrodos serigrafiados de carbono previamente funcionarizados. Métodos: Funcionalización de los transductores electroquímicos, electrodos serigrafiados, con los iones arendiazonio como precursores por voltamperometría cíclica (CV) e inmovilización del enzima sobre los electrodos serigrafiados funcionalizados, mediante el empleo de la técnica de “cross-linking”. Resultados: El método que se propone utiliza un precursor para la funcionalización de dichas superficies, el cual actúa como tal en cualquier tipo de superficies, metálicas y no metálicas, con los grupos funcionales activos dirigidos hacia el seno de la disolución y, al mismo tiempo, proporciona el control superficial del número de biomoléculas inmovilizadas. El recubrimiento de la superficie del transductor por el precursor es máxima para una concentración del precursor de 2 mM y llevándose a cabo la funcionalización por CV a 100 mV/s. Conclusiones: Se ha construido un biosensor capaz de detectar lactato en concentraciones del orden de 10 uM, mediante el empleo del enzima lactato oxidasa y el uso de un mediador (Fe(CN)s**"*).
