Con el presente trabajo observa la figura procesal de las cuestiones prejudiciales en el proceso laboral, prestando especial atención a las penales, partiendo de la división jurisdiccional y los antecedentes normativos de la prejudicialidad en el ordenamiento jurídico español.

With the present work it is intended to observe the procedural figure of criminal prejudicial questions in the labor process, starting from the jurisdictional division and the normative antecedents of prejudiciality in the Spanish legal system.
