Abstract

El objetivo general del trabajo es el desarrollo de procesos para la obtención de preparados ricos en oligosacáridos de distinta naturaleza con potencial prebiótico derivados de hemicelulosas y pectinas, (empleando para ello distintos subproductos agroindustriales y materiales forestales) así como la evaluación de la capacidad de estos preparados para generar cambios favorables en la microbiota intestinal y en microbiota alterada tras tratamientos con antibióticos.

O obxectivo xeral do traballo e o desenvolvemento de procesos para a obtención de preparados ricos en oligosacáridos de distinta natureza con potencial prebiótico derivados de hemicelulosas e pectinas (utilizando para isto distintos subprodutos agroindustriais e materiais forestais) así coma a avaliación da capacidade de estes preparados para xerar cambios favorables na microbiota. intestinal e en microbiota alterada tras tratamentos con antibióticos.

The aim of this work is the development of processes to obtain oligosaccharide enriched products with prebiotic potential derived from hemicelluloses and pectins (using as raw material agroindustrial byproducts and forestry materials) as well as the evaluation of the capacity of these different fractions to promote favourable changes on the intestinal microbiota and on altered microbiota after antibiotic treatments.
