This Project depicts the Entrepreneurial Intention and describes the process and theoretical models that lead to and explain the Entrepreneurial Action. Its fundamental goal is to evaluate the impact of the Entrepreneurship Barriers interposed in the aforementioned process, which restrain the creation of new organizations. Assuming a Post Positivist approach and a Survey Research methodology from which the hypothesis of investigation emerged, that allow us to achieve the proposed goal, having made an empirical analysis based on the quantitative research methodology.
