In the article analysis of the crucial aspects of management in borough level and its organizational unit was carried out. Particular attention was put on chosen issues of professional managerism as a set of agents, features and skills, which should have managers of borough to ensure realization of aims and social needs and development and sustain of good relations with a stakeholders.
