The range of unemployment in Poland was increased during the last fifteen years and labour market policy was very important factor which effect to appeasement of consequences of this growth. We may distinguish passive labour market policy and active labour market policy. The target of passive policy is to ease social and economical causes of unemployment and the target of active policy is to help unemployed persons to get a new job. The institution which finances spendings for labour market policy in Poland is Labour Found. In comparison with OECD Countries in Poland spendings for active policy are low and a lower part of unemployment stock have chance for participation in active labour policy programmes. The efficiency of active labour market policy in Poland is lower than in other countries of OECD. Zadanie pt.
