Dysmutaza ponadtlenkowa, katalaza i peroksydaza glutationowa w trisomicznych fibroblastach ludzkich z hodowli in vitro

Abstract

The activities of intercellular antioxidative enzymes: Superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase were estimated in control and trisomic human fibroblasts in culture. It was found that in trisomic cells the activity of SOD is approximately 50% higher than in control cells. The activity of glutathione peroxidase is increased by 30% in trisomic fibroblasts, whereas catalase activity is similar in both types of cells.
