Abstract

Pojawienie się nowego miasta w województwie łódzkim stało się powodem do bliższego nim zainteresowania pod kątem czynników powodujących jego rozwój. Rzgów jest miastem mającym dodatni przyrost rzeczywisty mieszkańców, co jest rzadkością wśród miast województwa łódzkiego, dlatego przedstawiono zagospodarowanie Rzgowa ze zwróceniem szczególnej uwagi na charakter terenów mieszkaniowych oraz ich wartość ekonomiczną. Podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: dlaczego Rzgów stał się atrakcyjnym miejscem zamieszkania wśród miast województwa łódzkiego?
