Autorytet nauczyciela akademickiego w realiach współczesności

Abstract

Among the challenges the teaching staff of contemporary universities face, one question arises as particularly important: on what ground an authority should be built in today's environment? Contrary to the generally believed opinion of the authority crisis this article is about the types of authority in a student – master relationship, and its adjustment to the new generation characteristics of students; and, consequently, what requirements should be placed in front of the staff.
