Abstract

Este trabajo explora y propone una metodología de Decisión Multicriterio Discreta (DMD) para evaluar la performance técnica y administrativa de unidades operativas del Centro Regional Córdoba del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (Senasa). Estas metodologías de DMD fueron impulsadas a partir de la década de 1960. Ellas se caracterizan fundamentalmente por su capacidad de manejar problemas considerados en la Teoría de la Decisión como problemas de toma de decisiones, donde existen múltiples atributos, criterios, participantes y alternativas.
