Efecto de la cianamida hidrogenada sobre la brotación y floración de cultivares de nogal en la Provincia de Córdoba, Argentina

Abstract

La nogalicultura en Argentina, está en plena renovación a partir de la introducción de nuevos cultivares y zonas de producción. Córdoba, viene incrementando la superficie cultivada con nogales desde el año 2002. Para disminuir el riesgo de nuevos emprendimientos nogaleros, es necesario contar con estudios del comportamiento de cultivares potencialmente aptos para esta región.Registros climáticos en la zona, indican que las horas-frio pueden ser insuficientes. La utilización de Cianamida Hidrogenada (CH) podria neutralizar esta deficiencia. Los resultados de este estudio mostraron que la aplicación de CH modifica positivamente la respuesta fisiológica de las variedades estudiadas, produciendo brotación y floración más precoces y concentradas, y mayor número de frutos cuajados.
