Políticas públicas orientadas a la e-salud en México durante la crisis de covid-19

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito central hacer una revisión de las políticas públicas de e-salud implementadas en México durante la pandemia de Covid-19, considerando que la emergencia sanitaria incrementó el uso de las TIC por parte del gobierno y una de las áreas prioritarias fue la atención a la salud, por lo que el gobierno mexicano ha puesto énfasis enla oferta de servicios electrónicos para cumplir las medidas de sana distancia como forma de evitar el contagio de la enfermedad. Se hace también una revisión de la trayectoria de las políticas de e-salud implementadas en México, cual fue el rumbo que estas tomaron para la gestión de la pandemia. Se busca crear una referencia de hacia donde se podrían adoptar o reformar las políticas de e-salud, ya sea aun en la pandemia, posterior a esta o para la atención a otros problemas vinculados a la salud pública.
