La “viralización” de la insolvencia

Abstract

The economic crisis is already bustling and hitting strongly in our country, despite the measures taken by the government and the fact that in some provinces some sectors are beginning to reactivate in what is called “managed quarantine”. To this it must be added that Argentina does not come from a process of economic bonanza, but quite the opposite, for which these circumstances have aggravated the situation of companies and of course of the domestic and consumer economies, to which we cannot fail to refer. especially. All that has been said allows us to see a large number of bankruptcy filings as soon as the judicial activity is normalized.
