Convenios de doble imposición. Argentina y su inserción en el modelo OCDE

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad analizar los modelos que inspiran los convenios de doble imposición en materia impuestos sobre la renta y el capital concertados internacionalmente, buscando determinar y establecer cuál de ellos resulta más conveniente para la República Argentina. En virtud de ello, la investigación estará basada en la problemática que viven las economías de los países en desarrollo, como el nuestro, dependientes de países desarrollados con modelos de doble imposición que a éstos los favorecen. Para abordar esta situación el objetivo general perseguido será determinar la conveniencia de adoptar políticas fiscales y monetarias bajo la órbita de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico- OCDE.
