Abstract

En nuestro país, la alfalfa, la avena y el trigo se encuentran entre los cultivos de mayor importancia y tienen a los áfidos (Hemiptera: Aphididae) como una plaga dominante. Los parasitoides (Hymenoptera: Aphidiinae), se destacan como enemigos naturales eficientes para regular sus poblaciones. Entre las distintas tácticas del control Biológico, el Control Biológico Conservativo consiste en manipular el ambiente para aumentar la fecundidad y la longevidad de los enemigos naturales de las plagas. El objetivo de esta Tesis fue analizar el sistema planta- áfido - parasitoide en ambientes cultivados y naturales aledaños, a fin de promover la aplicación de tácticas de CBC en agroecosistemas de la Región Pampeana.
