Abstract

A solution to a problem has always a time for application and a region of finite dimensions. To forget this recommendation is to run the risk of achieving the pre-catastrophic state and a few months or years later the irretrievable state of catastrophe occurs.

Uma solução para um problema tem sempre um tempo de aplicação e uma região de dimensões finitas. Esquecer esta recomendação é correr o risco de atingir o estado pré-catastrófico e mais uns meses ou anos e ocorre o irremediável estado de catástrofe.
