Abstract

A relação entre a formação inicial e a produção de competências em situação de trabalho depende simultaneamente: - do nível de qualificação técnico-científica, política e ideológica possibilitada em diversos contextos deformação; - da estrutura organizacional dos contextos de situação do exercício profissional; - dos processos de socialização que nuns e noutros contextos são possíveis; - e do percurso biográfico de cada profissional.
