
En el siguiente artículo se presenta el estudio del diseño de un tanque para temple directo agitado por propeller por medio de simulaciones en elementos finitos. El estudio analiza una gran cantidad de tanques de los cuales se presentan los más representativos. Su desarrollo se divide en dos etapas, la primera donde se analiza el comportamiento del fluido y la segunda en que se simula la transferencia térmica de aquellos tanques que presenten una alta reducción del flujo turbulento. El estudio usó en CosmosFloWorks versión 2007, con el cual se analizaron las curvas de fluido y la caída de temperatura de la probeta en los tanques seleccionados.
In the next article show the results direct quench tank’s design shaken by propeller by simulation of FEM. The study analyzes a great amount of tanks of which they appear most representatives. Its development is divided in two stages, first where the behavior of fluid is analyzed and second the thermal transference simulation of those tanks that display a reduction of the turbulent flow. The study is in COSMOSFloWorks 2007, with which the curves of fluid and the fall of temperature in the specimen in the selected tanks were analized.
