In the present study the instrumental techniques of turbidity and pH was validated for the analysis of potable water company EMPOCABAL.ESP-EICE verifying that complies with the requirements of Decree 1575 of 2007 and Resolution 2115 of 2007 which physicochemical parameters are set for water, thus improving quality standards. Validation of the methodology which consisted of measurements of pH and turbidity in five different exit points of potable water company EMPOCABAL.ESP-EICE was performed also on secondary and primary standard formazine silica gel technique was used turbidity, and to buffer solutions pH 4, 7 and 10 are managed; following the guidelines of Standard methods for the examination of water and wastewater. Measurements were made for ten days taking twenty replicates per day. The results of measurements of potable water a descriptive statistical analysis, in this way underwent analyzed and compared with the physicochemical parameters of current regulations mentioned above, the data collected from primary and secondary pattern were studied by means of analysis of variance (ANOVA). Getting the technique of pH are no significant differences in the measurements taken on different days, while technical differences if turbidity and low precision and accuracy to find solutions with turbidity less than or equal to 0.1 NTU.
