Abstract

In this article the concept of labor competition with emphasis in the general workings is approached, that are, at the moment, the base to obtain the improvement of the conditions of empleabilidad of the people, from three points of view: enterprise, psychological and from the point of view of the curricular design, in addition, it shows some possible forms to work as much in the educative context as in the productive scope.

En este artículo se aborda el concepto de competencia laboral con énfasis en las labores generales, que son, actualmente, la base para lograr el mejoramiento de las condiciones de empleabilidad de las personas desde tres puntos de vista: empresarial, psicológico y de diseño curricular, además, muestra algunas posibles formas para trabajar tanto en el contexto educativo como en el ámbito productivo.
