Multiobjective Phase Balancing in Distribution Systems

Abstract

A distribution systems phase balancing algorithm is presented; it uses a multiobjective model which permits minimize active power loss but the quantity changes which have been done in the system. The optimization methodology is a Non Dominated Elitist Genetic Algorithm in its second version. Methodology and model were tested in a test system of the international literature.
