El presente proyecto de investigación responde a necesidades básicas insatisfechas de una población marginada casi en su totalidad de oportunidades que contribuyan a favorecer los derechos fundamentales y una mejor calidad de vida para quienes carecen de oportunidades esenciales contempladas en la constitución política y en la sociedad en general. La población en condición de discapacidad es por tanto el objeto esencial del proyecto por cuanto se contempla la posibilidad de crear empresa bajo un tipo de asociación que facilite recursos necesarios para garantizar un interés general y en beneficio a dicho grupo, generando servicios ofertados de los cuales tengan acceso; lo anterior implica además aumentar la oferta de empleo a dicha población en el que puedan garantizar sus propios recursos explorando aptitudes artesanales que induzcan a la inserción laboral, económica y social generando además intereses particulares en temas legales y tributarios a la organización. Las alternativas relacionadas con el proyecto incluyen por tanto análisis legal de aspectos tributarios en pro de mejorar la competitividad a nivel local ¿ nacional mediante las organizaciones no gubernamentales y/o los regímenes especiales de comercio exterior identificado como instrumentos de exportación. Posteriormente se analizan escenarios de negocios comerciales internacionales bajo estrategias analizadas con los aspectos tributarios y el conocimiento de otras oportunidades de financiación con la cual se determina finalmente generar empleo a discapacitados a través de una fundación sin ánimo de lucro creando actividades industriales de maquila y utilizando medios no tradicionales de comercialización que hoy día son utilizados en países como Estados Unidos para dar oportunidad a extranjeros y nacionalizados de tener su propio negocio.

The present project of investigation answers to basic needs insatisf of a population almost in its entirety of opportunities that they should help to favor to the fundamt rights and better quality of life for those who lack essential opportunities contemplated in the political constitution an in the society. The population in condition of disability is therefore an essential objet of the project since there is contemplated the possibility of creating company under a type of association that facilitates necessary resources to guarantee a general interest and in benefit to the above mentioned group, generating services offering of which they have access; the previous thing involves in addition increase the offer of employment to the above mentioned population the one that his own (proper) resources could guarantee exploring handcrafted aptitudes that they induce to the labour, economic and social insertion generating in addition interests in legal and tributary topic to the organization. The alternatives related to the project it (he, she) includes therefore legal analysis of tributary (tax) aspects in favor of the competitiveness improves to level place native by means of not governmental organization and or the special rate of exterior (foreign) trade identified as instruments of exportation. Later there are analyzed business commercial international, scenes (stages) under strategies analyzed witch it (he, She) decides finally to generate employment to disability across nonprofit making foundation creating industrial activities of machine and using not traditional means of marketing that today are used in countries as condition (states) joined to give opportunity to foreigners and nationalized of having his (her, your) own (proper) business.
