Abstract

The present article shows the results of the investigation in which the Taguchi`s metodology of experimental design was applied in the production factory of sugar in El Valle del Cauca. This work emphasizes the importance that has the Experimental design as a statistical tool for the improvement of productive processes, that goes further on the simple imposed by the techniques of statistical control of processeswithout discrediting them like useful tools to control its yield.
