Acondicionamiento de equipo para prueba Erichsen de embutido

Abstract

En este trabajo se describe el proceso utilizado para adaptar un equipo de ensayo de embutido profundo WPM-TZP para que pueda realizar la prueba Erichsen siguiendo como norma guía la ASTM E643. La metodología se enfoca hacia la adaptación del sistema electrohidráulico y del diseño de la herramienta de ensayo a partir de la identificación y recuperación del equipo. Por último, se valida el adecuado funcionamiento y la confiabilidad del sistema de medición.

This document describes the process carried out to adapt a deep-drawing equipment WPM-TZP so that it can execute the Erichsen test following the ASTM E643 as standard. The methodology is focused on the electrohydraulic system adaptation and also on the test tooling design, starting from the equipment identification and recovery. Finally, the appropriate operating and the measuring system confidence are validated.
