Abstract

Este proyecto busca desarrollar un sistema automatizado para la Valoración de la fuerza muscular en deportistas optimizando la prescripción de cargas de entrenamiento para mejorar el rendimiento, reducir el riesgo de lesiones y facilitar la recuperación. Actualmente, los métodos manuales de evaluación requieren una significativa inversión de recursos humanos y materiales, limitando su aplicación sistemática y el seguimiento personalizado tanto en deportistas amateur como de alto rendimiento. Ante esta problemática, el presente proyecto plantea desarrollar un sistema computarizado modular para automatizar los procesos de valoración de la fuerza muscular en el contexto deportivo, a través de la integración de instrumentación especializada como dinamómetros y sensores biomecánicos, así como la implementación de protocolos estandarizados isométricos, isoinerciales, incrementales y de campo. Este proyecto formará parte del Sistema Integral de Valoración Deportiva (SINVADE), contribuyendo como uno de los módulos especializados para mejorar la evaluación de la condición física de los deportistas, optimizando la integración y el análisis de los datos recopilados en el laboratorio de movimiento Humano de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
