Es un desarrollo de prototipo de software para la gestión del talento humano, con el propósito automatizar las siguientes actividades: gestión de personal, liquidación de nómina, informes y valoración de participantes. En la gestión del proyecto se utilizó metodología agíl SCRUM, donde se implementaron los módulos: usuarios, informes, nómina y valoración, en la construcción de estos, se realizaron las fases de análisis, diseño y codificación. El proyecto presenta un esquema para desarrollos web escalables y personalizables

It is a development of software prototype for the management of human talent, with the purpose of automating the activities like: personnel management, payroll settlement, reports and evaluation of participants. In project management, SCRUM agile methodology was used, where the modules were implemented: users, reports, payroll and valuation, in the construction of these, the analysis, design and coding phases were carried out. The project presents an outline for scalable and customizable web developments
