Currently, we live in a reality where we feel the need for immediacy in order to meet the demands of the society, where we can find the consumers of all the products and services offered by the trade. When we talk about digital age, two concepts or classifications emerge that allow us to establish a series of characteristics that identify those who are part of it, these are: digital and immigrants natives; this categorization arises from the need to create levels of knowledge, like socioeconomic strata, that separate us from one person to another, thus allowing a better study or approach to said populations. This research focuses on the creation of a real and updated definition of digital and immigrants natives concepts, making an analysis about the studies presented by different authors over time since both concepts originated (2002). In the same way, an environment of comparison is created that gives the opportunity of evaluating the conceptual with the theoretical definition, and the behavioral with the contextual reality in which those people belonging to the aforementioned categories live. Likewise, the importance of all levels of literacy is highlighted, allowing the creation of suitable contexts to strengthen the use of technology in those who are not part of it yet. This project also covers social problems that emerge from the socialization and use of concepts such as digital and immigrants natives , which in turn allow us to explore those social imbalances that arise when establishing characteristics and competencies to create an ideal person within the computing field. The concept of illiterates is mentioned repeatedly, which is a new way of “calling” and which has evolved, thus creating new forms of literacy little explored in the academy.
