Minera Buenaventura: innovación y mejora continua

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso que expone la ocasión en la que los directivos de la empresa minera peruana Buenaventura decidieron implementar el programa de innovación y mejora continua, utilizando la metodología que se describe en este documento y que fue la que mejor se adaptó a la cultura organizacional de la empresa. Con dicha apuesta, los proyectos innovadores y de mejora continua de los procesos operativos de las unidades pudieron desarrollarse de la mejor manera, convirtiéndose en una gran herramienta de ayuda para enfrentar los desafíos de la coyuntura mundial de la pandemia, en clave de optimización de recursos.
