Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso que narra la historia de éxito, y también de dificultades, de una empresa de construcción que ha apostado por la unidad de su equipo sin dejar de lado sostenibilidad económica pero que ahora pierde un proyecto significativo y se pregunta qué decisión tomar para seguir siendo sostenibles económicamente y manteniendo la unidad de su equipo de trabajo.
