El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso que tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso de Transformación Digital implementado en la SUNAT, cuáles fueron los beneficios que le trajo hasta el momento, cuáles fueron los desafíos, con qué dificultades se enfrentó el proceso de cambio y cuáles deberían ser los siguientes pasos.
