Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso relacionado con la gestión de proyectos de construcción en el sector minero, donde un Gerente de Obra de una empresa constructora tiene la responsabilidad de gestionar un proyecto con déficit de rentabilidad, con un atraso considerable en el avance de obra, con la presión de su cliente de continuar trabajos en un periodo no previsto en su contrato pero necesario para cumplir con los plazos de entrega de obra y evitar penalidades, pero sobre todo con el compromiso de revertir el déficit económico del proyecto.
