Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se presenta un plan de negocios que considera la implementación de una planta productora de cerveza artesanal de tipo ALE en cuatro estilos y siete propuestas, y su comercialización a través de un bar cervecero (brewpub) de la marca.
