La empresa minera y la comunidad campesina

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación expone un caso que describe la experiencia del autor al obtener autorización por parte de las comunidades campesinas para iniciar labores de exploración geológica sobre los terrenos superficiales de unas concesiones mineras ubicadas en el departamento del Cusco. Se describe el proceso y las etapas de negociación, desde su fase inicial hasta el momento en el que se logró un acuerdo y buen entendimiento entre la empresa y las comunidades.
