Abstract

La presente investigación expone un caso que muestra la situación de una empresa subsidiaria de una agroexportadora que nace junto a esta última como un área más de la misma. Se exponen diferentes situaciones de planeamiento de una empresa subsidiaria del mercado agroexportador peruano que incentivan un planteamiento de soluciones desde el diagnóstico del mismo.
