El presente trabajo de investigación estudia el caso de la empresa Ecosac, que sale al Mercado Alternativo de Valores (MAV) en búsqueda de mayor financiamiento debido a su crecimiento sostenido. Se evalúan otras alternativas, como los bonos corporativos y la emisión de acciones de la compañía.
