Abstract

La investigación pretende explicar la influencia de la estandarización de procesos y el uso de tecnología business intelligence aplicadas con Saas (Software as a Service) en la nube en la gestión de proyectos de una empresa bancaria en Perú. Para ello, se hará inicialmente un diagnóstico situacional de la empresa en estudio, que nos permita tener un punto de referencia con respecto a los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, los factores críticos de éxito y el riesgo asociado. Posteriormente se construirá un prototipo, que brindará la solución de Business Intelligence en el área de proyectos de una empresa bancaria. Se concluye, que la estandarización de procesos y las tecnologías Saas, permitirá reconocer e identificar aquellos factores que ponen en riesgo el libre flujo de procesos de operaciones en los proyectos.
