Abstract

La autora expresa que la argumentación dada por el Tribunal Registral en la Resolución N° 1868-2016-SUNARP-TR-L se circunscribe a un ámbito extrajurídico. Afi rma ello porque de lo que se trata es sobre la procedencia para la inscripción de un bien sujeto a un régimen de copropiedad, y no del reconocimiento de los efectos legales de un matrimonio de personas homosexuales celebrado en el extranjero, lo cual, afir- rma la autora, se encuentra proscrito en nuestro Derecho.
