Abstract

En este artículo se hace un breve análisis de los alcances que tiene la ideología del género y las actuales políticas gubernamentales para lograr una efectiva promoción del empleo femenino, respetuosa de las potencialidades de la mujer, del derecho-deber de trabajar y de la corresponsabilidad que comparte con el varón en la vida familiar.
