Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom projektovej dokumentácie domova pro seniory v obci Šoporňa na území Slovenskej republiky. Objekt je navrhnutý, jako samostatne stojaca budova s troma nadzemními podlažiami, čiastočne podpivničená. Domov sa skladá z verejnej časti, ktorá sa rozprestiera na 1.NP. Tu sa nachádzajú služby určené ubytovaným a širokej verejnosti. Služby ako kadreníctvo a kozmetika, lekár a zubny lekár, kaviareň, masáže a obchod. Ďalej na 1.NP sa nachádzajú kancelárie prevádzky penzióna, jedáleň pre zamestnancov a ubytovaných. 2.NP a 3.NP je určené pre ubytovanie seniorov, taktiež sa na každom poschodí nachádza společenská miestnosť. Sklepná časť je z časti určená na záujmové aktivity ubytovaných, z časti slúži, ako technická miestnosť a tretia časť slúži, ako priestor určený pre údržbu obejktu a skladovacie priestory a taktiež aj skladovacie priestory pre komerčnú činnost. Zastrešenie jednoplášťová plochá strecha s klasickým usporiadanim vrstiev a vpusťami s núdzovými prepadmi. Stavba je založená na základových patkách a ako konštrukčný systém je použitá skeletová sústava. Na výplňové zdivo sú použité keramické dutinové bloky s kontaktným zateplením a prevetrávanou fasádou. V južnej časti objektu bude oddychový park a relaxačná záhrada.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the project documentation of the home for the elderly in the village of Šoporňa, in the territory of the Slovak Republic. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors, partly underground. The building consists of a public section on the ground floor, where are situated services for residents and the general public such as hairdressing and cosmetics, doctors and dentists, cafes, massages and shop. There are also offices for administation, the dining room for the employees and the guests. First floor and second floor is designed for seniors, there is also a common room on each floor. The cellar part is designed for the interest of the guests, partly serves as a technical room. The third part of cellar serves as space for the maintenance of the building, the general storage areas and storage areas for business activity. Building is covered with warn flat roof with emergency breakwaters. The structure is based on the foundation pads and the structural system of the building is RC frame. The ceramic cavity blocks with contact insulation and ventilated facade are used on the infill walls. In the southern part of the building there will be a relaxing park and a relaxing garden.
