Motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců

Abstract

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation and evaluation of employees of the researched company. The thesis is devided into three parts. The first part diploma thesis focuses on the description of the incentive system from a theoretical perspective. The second part focuses on research and description of actual payment mechanisms and opportunities for personal development in the company. Based on the results of the half-structured interviews from the second part are in the last section suggested possible improvements or potential solutions of identified problems.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců zkoumané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce je zaměřena na motivaci z teoretického hlediska se zaměřením na odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část je zaměřena na výzkum a popis skutečných způsobů odměňování a možnosti osobního rozvoje v podniku. Na základě výsledků polostrukturovaných rozhovorů ze druhé části diplomové práce jsou v poslední části navržena možná zlepšení či případná řešení zjištěných problémů.
