Motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců
This thesis was written on the topic motivation and evaluation of employees in the Třinec Steel Factory. The level of the motivation and evaluation of employees was investigated using internal documents and questionnaires. Based on the findings suggestions were made to improve employee motivation.
Diplomová práce byla zpracována na téma motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců v Třineckých železárnách. Úroveň motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců byla posouzena pomocí interních materiálů podniku a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě získaných informací jsou dále zpracovány návrhy změn na zlepšení.
