Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom novostavby administratívnej budovy v katastrálnom území mesta Považská Bystrica, časť Centrum. Objekt je súčasťou bloku budov. Stavba má päť nadzemných podlaží. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza oddychová časť a komerčná časť so 6 obchodnými jednotkami. V druhom a treťom nadzemnom podlaží sú navrhnuté otvorené kancelárske priestory. Vo štvrtom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádzajú prednáškové sály. V poslednom podlaží je umiestnená strojovňa vzduchotechniky. Objekt je navrhnutý ako železobetónový monolitický skelet. Budova je zastrešená jednoplášťovými plochými strechami.
This diploma thesis deals with design of newly - built office building in the cadastral area Považská Bystrica, part Centrum. The building is situated in a block of buildings. The building has five above-ground floors. The ground floor is divided into relaxation zone and a commercial area with six shopping units. The second and the third floor are designed as an open space office. There are lecture halls on the fourth floor. The mechanical room of ventilation is situated on the fifth floor. The building is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame. The building is roofed with warm flat roof.
