Pracovní přesnost obráběcího stroje MCV 754

Abstract

Bc. Roman Kaňa Working accuracy machine MCV 754 Main aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the influence of volumetric compensations to working accuracy. This thesis consists of detail description of measuring with the aid of Ballbar and Laser Tracer, error compensation of the machine and also designing, machining and measuring of the control work-piece. According to results there is also evaluation of volumetric compensation benefits leading to increasing the working accuracy of measured machine.

Bc. Roman Kaňa Pracovní přesnost obráběcího stroje MCV 754 Diplomová práce, Ústav výrobních strojů, systémů a robotiky, 2015. Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit vliv volumetrických kompenzací na výslednou pracovní přesnost stroje. V práci je popsán postup měření stroje pomocí Ballbaru a Laser Traceru, kompenzace chyb stroje a dále návrh, obrobení a kontrola zkušebního obrobku. V závěru je na základě výsledků zhodnocen přínos volumetrických kompenzací pro zvýšení přesnosti měřeného stroje.
