Motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování problematiky týkající se motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců firmy Tesco a.s. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část se zabývá teoretickými východisky, která jsou potřebná pro zpracování dalších dvou částí. Druhá část se zabývá informacemi o podniku, a je analyzován motivační systém Zde je také rozebráno dotazníkové šetření týkající se dané problematiky. Poslední část se týká návrhů zlepšení motivačního systému, které vychází z provedeného výzkumu.

The Subject of this thesis is the isuue of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company Tesco a.s. The work is devided into three parts. The firt part analytzs theoretical backround which is needed to process for preparation of other parts. The second part is analytic, includes informations about company and there is aslso covered the motivatial system of company. The last part is practical and includes a few proposals of improvements of motivation system.
