Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma kreativity, inovace a organizační kultury. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a vztahy mezi nimi s doporučením pro použití v praxi. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vybrané společnosti Partners Financial Services, a.s. a na základě dotazníkového šetření, rozhovorů s jejich pracovníky a vlastního pozorování je vypracováno zhodnocení organizační kultury, kreativity a týmové práce ve společnosti. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou zpracovány návrhy na zlepšení organizační kultury v organizaci.
This thesis focuses on the themes of creativity, innovation and organizational culture. The theoretical part deals with definitions of terms, relations between them and recommendations for practical use. Practical project focuses on the analysis of selected companies Partners Financial Services, a.s. and on the basis of survey, interview with their staff and own observation is formulate evaluation of organizational culture, creativity and teamwork in the company. Based on the findings of deficiency are processed suggestions for improvement.
